I drink coffee first, then I'm a dad & husband then a business owner.

A lot of what you'll see me post online are my lifestyle business pursuits and how I balance my own wellbeing, family and businesses. Hint: it's constantly changing, there's no secret formula (that I'm aware of) to 'have it all'. This is my journey of trying to figure it out.

In my Marketing business, I help service businesses with their marketing, so they don't have to think about it. I'm like a contract marketing manager, creating a tailored approach for each client to help with ALL things marketing and business development.

After a long black, my days are filled with hanging with my family, doing work that interests and excites me and working on something on or around the Tiny House we live in.
